Hurricane Irma Relocation Help

Hurricane Irma Relocation Help

It has been over a month since Hurricane Irma Rocked Southwest Florida.  From Naples to Port Charlotte and from Lehigh Acres to Sanibel Island, there was varying degrees of damage.  One specific area that is important to take into consideration is the effect of flooding.

If your house flooded, there is a good chance that there is black mold forming.  Black mold is toxic to humans and can have significant health impacts and can even eventually cause death.  Many in Southwest Florida are tight on cash and face the challenge of relocation.  There is actually a 100% FREE resource that can help!  FEMA has a simple application which you can complete over the phone or over the internet.  You may qualify for funds to relocate and/or hotel stays until your living conditions are safe.

You can find out more information about this program by clicking here:  Www.DisasterAssistance.Gov .  If you need additional assistance such as food, clothes, or business recovery resources, please take a look at our previous blog which outlines more helpful information where you can find Free Post Hurricane Assistance:  www.palm-airtransportation.com/disaster-relief-for-southwest-florida-after-hurricane-irma/

Palm-AirTransportation if committed to helping everyone the best we can during this challenging times.  There is a total of 60 days you have to fill out these applications so please hurry if you heed help.  If you are flying back into Southwest Florida International Airport or Punta Gorda Airport, you can reserve your airport transportation by clicking here:  www.palm-airtransportation.com/reservations/
